Aayalum njanum thammil is an excellent
movie with good script.It is story about a cardiac thoracic surgeon Dr.Ravi
tharakan(Prithviraj).So he is facing a tough situation when one of the patient
die from his hand.The film is narrated in a brilliant manner in which he is
first shown as a doctor with lot of moral value.As the movie progress it shows
what situation and experience made him so.Most ofScenes
are in the form of flash back but not in a boring manner.It also
consists of good college days,romance etc in agood manner.
The camerawork by Joymon T John and art directors have done their work with so much
sincerity.So after each films the lal jose is becoming more and more good.
